My name is Rob Tuttle.  My wife of 44 years, Cindy, and I have lived in Springboro for more than 30 years and raised two grown sons.  I retired a couple of years ago from Teradata Corporation, where I ran a global account in Cincinnati at the end of a successful 38 year career in IT, marketing and sales.

I have been actively involved in politics for more than 20 years, including being elected 3 times to the Warren County Central Committee and current efforts as a volunteer lobbyist for a number of non-profits across the state.  Shortly after retiring, I reached out to get to know most of our government officials at all levels, including  U.S. and State Congressmen, Senators, Mayors, School Board and especially our local Sheriff.  I have had the tough conversations with them.  I have testified in Columbus in both House and Senate hearings about various legislation and answered tough questions.  Although we are Conservatives politically, I believe our Constitution is a powerful instrument of protection for all of us, regardless of our political leanings.  The class scrupulously avoids political discussion and focuses on what the Constitution says, and what it meant to our Founders (original intent).

Since my retirement in 2019, I have taken many classes on the Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and our Federal Government and spent hundreds of hours studying and preparing this course to equip citizens who care about liberty to take action to restore it.  I collaborate closely with other Constitution oriented organizations and instructors throughout Ohio, including the Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) and Building Blocks for Liberty.

I believe our Constitution is the greatest political document ever written, and I enjoy teaching others about what it says, what it means, and why we need to hold our government officials at all levels accountable to follow it.
I know you will find the class both fascinating and enjoyable.
